haciendo pruebas en servidor local con la plantilla AT SUBTHEME aparece el siguiente error:

One or more CSS files were not found or does not exist: themes/adaptivetheme/at_subtheme/generated_files/adaptivetheme_subtheme.lt-ie9.layout.css. Did you delete any files or change a file name? You may need to save the theme settings or check all files names are correct in your theme

Estoy haciendo pruebas locales con XOOPS pero no puedo terminar el proceso de instalacion y em aparecen los siguientes errores:
